ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

The American semiconductor manufacturer INTEL announced the acquisition of it California counterpart VXTEL for some USD 550 million. Furthermore, INTEL and the American NETWORK APPLIANCE have concluded for seven years an technological agreement valued at USD 1 billion covering the acquisition of material. NETWORK APPLIANCE will buy its INTEL microprocessors and the latter will buy its networked product data storage servers through its partner.
