ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

GPA-VIE (Italian GENERALI group) took over, for an undisclosed sum, the small portfolio of life insurance contracts from ANTVERPIA, Belgian company that was absorbed in 1993 by the Dutch ALHERMIJ. This portfolio represents FF 5 million in premiums and 125 million in funds.
