ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

The British subsidiary of the French CAP GEMINI ERNST AND YOUNG will take a 12.5% stake in the British company VERTEX, subsidiary of UNITED UTILITIES specialised in client management. This stake should increase to 15% in the next three years, according to the agreement concluded. The value of this transaction was not disclosed.
