05/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission noted, in a press release, that after the loss of numerous jobs in the Welsh steel industry it is ready to talk with the local authorities the modification of the Community regional aid programmes allocated to Wales, knowing that the amount remains unchanged.
