ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

The insurer AGF increased to 100% in the capital of the British specialist in aviation insurance WAIG - WESTMINSTER AVIATION INSURANCE GROUP (turnover of USD 94 million in 2000 with 35 employees), in which it already holds 49%. It acquired the 51% it did not already hold from GROUPAMA-GAN for an undisclosed sum.
