ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) equipment

The Belgian industrial group BMT concluded, through the intermediary of its subsidiary OMCO (industrial moulds), a agreement targeting the acquisition of the Slovenian foundry FENIKS (turnover of BEF 220 million with 125 employees) for an undisclosed sum. This operation will enable OMCO to increase it total activities by 10%.
