ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

According to the Belgian daily L'Echo, the Belgian savings bank ARGENTA and OCCH - OFFICE CENTRAL DE CREDIT HYPOTHECAIRE has concluded an agreement of principle in order to create a common subsidiary that will house the OCCH mortgage production activities. ARGENTA is expected to hold a majority of the capital of this subsidiary to be based in Brussels.
