ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) processing of mail

The French provider of mail treatment NEOPOST has announced the acquisition of the mail processing division of ALCATEL BELGIQUE for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition represents an annual turnover of EUR 3.5 million with 15 employed. Further to this move, NEOPOST will create NEOPOST BELGIQUE.
