The French group SLE - SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX has acquired, for an undisclosed amount, the 15% stake held by the group CANAL+ in the capital of the cultural thematic chain PARIS PREMIERE. SLE, moreover, has acquired the shareholdings in PARIS PREMIERE of its own subsidiaries LYONNAISE COMMUNICATIONS (53.85%) and PARIS CABLE (4.5%). With these moves, the group now directly holds 73.35% of PARIS PREMIERE. The other shareholders are MARIE-CLAIRE (15.99%) and M6 THEMATIQUE (group M6, 10.66%).
