19/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has just launched a new Internet site, called "virtual press room", which pools information and databases published by the Commission's press service and that of other Community institutions. The site should also provide direct access to retransmissions of events and press conferences, published by EBS. http: //europa.eu.int/press_room/
