18/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - At its 18 January meeting, the Governing Council of the European Central Bank decided to leave unchanged, at 4.75%, its leading rate (rate applicable to the main re-financing operations). The ECB also left unchanged its marginal lending facility (at 5.75%) and deposit facility (at 3.75%).
