ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

The French industrial groups THOMSON-CSF, COGEMA and ALCATEL are negotiating the merger of their respective IT divisions, namely SYSECA, EURIWARE and part of ATA - ALCATEL TITN ANSWARE. The new undertaking would have turnover of between FRF 4 and 5 billion with a workforce of around 7,000.
