The Danish multiservices group ISS (turnover of EUR 2.65 billion in 1999) has acquired the French firm KLINOS (annual sales of FRF 830 million). The French subsidiaries of the Scandinavian group had global turnover of FRF 3 billion in 1999, an amount expected to rise to FRF 4.5 billion in 2000 thanks to the group's recent acquisitions in France.
