15/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Union of European Federalists (UEF), chaired by Jo Leinen is, with the backing of the Phare programme and in collaboration with UEF Polska and the Kryzowa Foundation, organising a seminar in Kryzowa (Poland) from 22 to 24 September on EU enlargement to Central and Eastern Europe.
