The Italian group SAECO INTERNATIONAL has bought into the capital of the MOULINEX group with 5.04% of its shares and 4.78% of its voting rights. MOULINEX is presently in the process of a merger with the BRANDT group (Italian group E1-FI). See EI of 7 September.
