NEOPOST (turnover of EUR 438 million in 1999), French supplier of postal sorting equipment, acquired its Dutch distributor of stamping machines PCT POSTVERWERKING for an undisclosed amount. This activity will be integrated into that of NEOPOST BV, its division specialised in the distribution of document management systems that will record, thanks to this operation, a turnover of EUR 5 million with 45 employees.
