The Dutch company HEIPLOEG (fishmongers) sold its Belgian subsidiary LA COURONNE (turnover of BEF 327 million in 1999 with 70 employees and 600 tonnes of smoked fish products), specialised in the smoking of fish, to the Belgian group STOLT SEA FARM (STOLT-NIELSEN group).
