ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

The Belgian TRACTABEL (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) announced the launch, via its Brazilian subsidiary TRACTEBEL SUL, for a public tender offering on the remaining 29.47% of capital in GERASUL that is not yet in its possession. The total amount of this operation is 480 million Reals.
