ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) oil

EXXONMOBIL is to bring in its Italian rival, ENI, with 25% in 259 areas to be explored in the deep waters off the Gulf of Mexico. In exchange, ENI will take part in drilling 12 exploration wells.
