The French computer technology services company STERIA is to acquire the information management division (management of company computerware) of British EXPERIAN, a company specialised in processing information and managing client relations, which has 300 employed and whose turnover is estimated at FF 130 million. The amount of the acquisition, which will allow STERIA to generate a turnover of FF 1 billion in this activity, was not disclosed.
