ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

AXA ROYALE BELGE is to sell its real estate subsidiary PRIMAEDIS to the real estate company COFINIMMO for 600 million euro, according to COFINIMMO. Through this acquisition, the latter will become Belgium's foremost owner of offices and the second in Europe after UNIBAIL.
