ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) recycling

HCB (Swiss group HOLDERBANK) has announced the sale of the special waste recycling firm AMSTUTZ ALTOL to the Belgian group INDAVER (turnover equal to CHF 184 million in 1999 with 600 employees) for an undisclosed amount. The sale includes SIBAG ENTSORGUNG AND RECYCLING AG, a subsidiary of AMSTUTZ ATOL based in Emmenbruecke. Together, the two companies have 63 employees and a turnover of some CHF 20 million.
