TRACTEBEL (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) has concluded an agreement over a co-generation project in China. The letter of intent provides for an investment of between $300 and 400 million in which TRACTEBEL would inject half, with Chinese energy partners injecting the other half. The project provides for the construction of a plant with a capacity of 300 MW and 850 tonnes of steam an hour.
