In France, SCORE INTERNATIONAL has concluded an agreement on the purchase of 51% of the capital of SUD-OUEST RESTAURATION (turnover FF 40 million forecast for 2000) with an option on the acquisition of the remainder within three years. SUD-OUEST RESTAURATION is present on the market of companies, clinics and retirement homes.
