The new group formed of a merger between PEARSON TV and CLT-UFA will be called RTL GROUP, reports the Handelsblatt. Based in Luxembourg, it will be held at 37% by BERTELSMANN allied to the press publisher WAZ, 30% by GBL, and 22% by PEARSON, with the 11% remaining being reserved for public investors.
