ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) leisure industry

In the United Kingdom, LUMINAR is well on the way in discussions with NORTHERN LEISURE on the subject of a possible merger of their activities. The enlarged group would keep the name LUMINAR and would have a stock exchange value of £150 million. It would be the largest British group for the management of night clubs and bars with over 250 establishments, including, in particular, the "Jumping Jaks", "Hotshots" and "Chicago Rock Café".
