ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) biotechnology

The Belgian firm BIOCODE, in which SRIW - SOCIETE REGIONALE D'INVESTISSEMENT DE WALLONIE and the venture-capital fund E-CAPITAL have each invested BEF 60 million, has taken over the French firm HYCEL, specialised in test automation. This acquisition will enable BIOCODE to increase its turnover from the current BEF 125 million tp 600 million.
