HAVES INTERACTIVE, subsidiary of HAVAS (French group VIVENDI), publisher of leisure software, has taken over the American site PRIZECENTRAL.COM for an undisclosed amount. The French group will merge its own site WON.NET (1.7 million users) with PRIZECENTRAL.COM to give rise to a new games site called FLIPSIDE.COM, with 4 million users.
