The German biotechnology company RHEIN BIOTECH acquired an 80% stake in the Korean company GREEN CROSS VACCINE CORP (KOREA GREEN CROSS group) for the equivalent of USD 110 million. This company is the largest maker of Hepatitis B vaccines in the Asian market.
