French VALORIS (turnover EUR 45 million in 1999 with around fifty people employed) has taken over the Belgian company IMAGIC (turnover EUR 1 million in 1999 with 16 employed), active in the Internet and more specially in the field of marketing and sales, for an undisclosed amount.
