The British information technology services company SEMA GROUP has acquired the Spanish company DSI - DESAROLLO DE SISTEMAS INFORMATICOS SA (turnover of over one million pounds sterling in 1999 with around twenty people employed), specialised in solutions for financial establishments. The amount of the operation was not disclosed.
