ALMAFIN, the fully-owned ALMANIJ subsidiary, is to acquire a 30% share in the CITY HOTELS group. This decision comes within the context of the 50/50 partnership concluded between the two partners and having given rise to the creation of a real estate fund specialised in hotels. See E.I. of 15 July.
