The Italian company M&G - MOSSI & GHISOLFI (turnover around 400 billion lira) has acquired all the SHELL activities in "Pet" and "Pen" plastics. The activities acquired represent a turnover close to 1,000 billion lira for the year 2000 and concern factories in the United States, Mexico and Great Britain.
