In Sweden, CELL NETWORKS and MANDATOR have announced their merger in a deal worth SEK 12 billion. The new venture, which will rank among the top three Internet consultancy companies in Europe, will have 1,700 employees. Under the agreement, MANDATOR's shareholders will own 50% of the firm.
