04/02/2025 (Agence Europe) – In a press release issued on Monday 3 February, the S&D Group in the European Parliament called on European Commissioner Piotr Serafin to extend transparency checks to all those who have received funds from the Commission. This request follows the EPP’s proposal to focus on NGOs as part of the Commission’s discharge procedure for 2023.
