In an open letter dated Tuesday 28 January, several companies and organisations from the digital and consumer protection sectors alerted the European Commission to the failure of certain gatekeepers to comply with the Digital Markets Act (DMA).
The latter “actively circumvent the law, employing sham compliance strategies and even outright defiance”, they write.
