Greens/EFA reiterate lack of support for postponing regulation on imported deforestation, ahead of next plenary sessions

18/10/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 18 October, three days before the second plenary session of the month, the Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament reiterated that it did not support the European Commission’s proposal (see EUROPE B13495A1) to postpone by one year the entry into force of the regulation on deforestation.
