European road hauliers thank Court of Justice of EU for broadly confirming validity of ‘Mobility’ package

07/10/2024 (Agence Europe) – The European Road Hauliers Association (UETR) thanks the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) for broadly confirming the validity of the ‘Mobility’ package, but stresses “the importance of applying the package in its entirety”, in a press release issued on Monday 7 October.
