On 9 August, the European Labour Authority (ELA) published a document summarising its monitoring of the EU construction sector between 2023 and 2024.
The document includes lessons learned by the ELA in September 2023 from major frauds against European legislation, such as those concerning the Regulation on coordinating social security systems (883/2004), and provides an update on its awareness-raising activities.
