European Commission consults on list of priorities for developing network codes for gas and electricity

On Wednesday, 10 July, the European Commission opened a public consultation—which will run until 13 September 2024—in order to establish a list of priority areas to be included in the development of network codes for gas and electricity in accordance with Regulations (EC) 715/2009 and (EU) 2019/943.

It is thus asking stakeholders to share their opinions on priorities for gas network codes and guidelines for 2024 and for electricity network codes and guidelines for 2024–2027. It...
