Millions of migrant farmworkers are exploited in the fields of Europe, according to a report by the NGO Oxfam published on 5 June.
“Around one in four workers in the European agricultural sector is a migrant. Migrant workers face violence, long working hours and systematic underpayment“, says the NGO.
