ACER to consult on proposed EU-wide network code on demand response

31/05/24 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 30 May, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) announced that it was opening a public consultation from 5 September to 31 October, after receiving the proposal for an EU-wide network code on response to demand from the distribution system operators and ENTSO-E on 8 May.
