Launch of seven new working groups to draw up set of rules for digital euro

26/03/2024 (Agence Europe) – On 18 March, the European Central Bank (ECB) announced that it was setting up seven new working groups to help develop the ‘rulebook’ for the digital euro. These groups will report to the Rulebook Development Group (RDG). In addition, the ECB launched seven calls for applications for each of these working groups. It is looking for applications from experts in payment infrastructure and architecture, technical specifications and scheme management....
