Speaking to the European Justice Ministers at their Council meeting in Brussels on Monday 4 December (see EUROPE B13305A3), the President of the European Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust), Ladislav Hamran, outlined the latest significant efforts to respond to Russian war crimes in Ukraine.
