On Tuesday 24 October, the European Parliament’s Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety (ENVI) adopted its position on European CO2 emission reduction targets for heavy-duty vehicles (buses, lorries and trailers) by 48 votes to 36, with one abstention.
