Wopke Hoekstra urges delinquent Member States to submit their national energy-climate plans quickly

At the Environment Council held in Luxembourg on Monday 16 October, the European Commissioner for Climate Action, Wopke Hoekstra, urged the Member States to rapidly submit their updated National Energy and Climate Plans (NECP).
