Sustainable consumption, Carbon Market Watch welcomes European Parliament vote to ban climate greenwashing

12/05/23 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 11 May, the NGO Carbon Market Watch welcomed the European Parliament’s adoption of the ‘Borzan’ report on the review of EU consumer protection legislation to empower consumers for the green transition (see EUROPE B13180A17) as a “strong commitment to both consumer protection and the climate” and a major step forward.
