Ukraine is full member of EU Civil Protection Mechanism

Ukraine, which has been a major beneficiary of the Union Civil Protection Mechanism (CPM) since the Russian aggression, is now a full member, the European Commission announced on Friday 21 April, the day after it formalised its status.
