16/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 16 March, the European Commission launched the capacity-building programme for the reconstruction of Ukraine. Under the leadership of the New European Bauhaus (NEB), the programme will be implemented in partnership with Ukrainian organisations (Ro3kvit, ReThink, Covenant of Mayors East) and with the Architects' Council of Europe.
