The Vice-President of the European Commission, Maroš Šefčovič, informed the EU27 ministers of European Affairs on Tuesday 21 February, about the progress of talks with the United Kingdom on the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland but was not yet able to announce an agreement, he summarised after the ‘General Affairs’ Council.
